Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring in #4 (Wine Red)

I decided to go on a Red-Head, but i know i will fail it because i dyed my hair black! ;)

Red hair Inspired by Krystal Jung in their latest song - Rum pum pum pum ♥

Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring in #4 (Wine Red)

Instructions are written in Korean but with the helpful images and this tutorial by :
this is her instruction :
  1. Wear the gloves and vinyl gown provided.
  2. Pour the sachet of hair coloring (#1) into the pumping bottle with oxidizer (#2). Screw the cap back on, including the stopper to lock.
  3. Tilt the from side to side about six times for the solution to mix. Do not shake it! You would notice that the solution would heat up a bit. Remove the stopper.
  4. Pump out the bubbles and apply it evenly on your hair. Start from your roots to your tips.Massage your scalp so that the color would spread. It's as simple as applying shampoo. Use up all of the contents in the bottle so that your hair would be completely covered in foam.
  5. Let the foam stay on your head for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how much you want the color to take into effect. You would notice that the color of the foam would change the longer it stays on your hair. The purple suds turned brown in mine.
  6. Rinse your hair. Use the Silky Perfumed Treatment as a conditioner to make your hair soft and smooth.
  7. Dry your hair and see the results.

Aww, It's not as red as I thought it would be. When I dye my hair I like it more red. Thanks for the review (>_<)

Welcome :) i think it is because i dyed my hair black as well..maybe if i didnt and stick to the first color, red might have been more obvious.

How long did you let the wine red solution on your hair? I have virgin hair in terms of hair coloring but this 2014 I've decided to try Wine Red of Etude Hair Bubble Coloring... I've read a lot of reviews and each has a different shade result which I guess is also dependent on how long you've let the solution on your hair and your natural hair color.

mine was about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour, but my hair was dyed black before this. So my result was darker.
My first color was orange i just thought maybe if it was not colored to black again maybe the result for this would be lighter :)

i have a question, did you wash your hair the day after you colored it? or should I wait for 1-2 days after i wash it again?

Seul Park said...

i think i washed it. maybe just a day is enough.

yes it does get stiff, and also turned brownish depending on how strong the original hair color is. :)
